In my opinion hads down has to be NAS!!! He is the modern day Thug Gentelman. His style of clothing has always been hot…maybe except for the “pink suit”. Even the Exsto line was alright. No one else in hip hop can dress anyway. Kanye (no one in my hood dresses like that) The only other close choses would be Rae and Ghostface.
