Jay Z is good as hell, but when it comes to all the qualities of a good rapper, i’m sorry but waynes got the most, he can remix almost any song and keep the same damn tune, he never sounds the same and you never know whats he’s gonna say next he’s an entertainer. Sure he may be a damn junkie but **** if he’s still that damn smart after all that brain damage this mutha ****a is a genius, and no just cuz u high dont just make u a good rapper **** it helps but lil wayne got a lot more then being high to help his game.
