Performers announced for Fashion Rocks 2007
Ludacris, Alicia Keys, Usher and Jennifer Lopez are among the artists slated to hit the stage for Fashion Rocks 2007.
The fourth annual event, which commemorates the union of fashion and music, will be held September 6 at Radio City Music Hall in New York City.
Jennifer Hudson, Fergie and Avril Lavigne are also listed as performers on this year’s musical line up.
Previous year’s performers include Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Gwen Stefani and Joss Stone.
“The synergy between fashion and music is even more pronounced now than it was when we first created Fashion Rocks three years ago,” said Richard Beckman, president of Conde Nast Media Group, via a statement.
“Each year the line between the two becomes increasingly blurred as more musicians launch fashion lines and more designers align themselves with musicians.”
