Common refuses to step into the digital age and set up an email account because he prefers talking to people face-to-face.
The rapper admits he has no plans to buy a computer anytime soon as “life is good” without the hassle of modern technology.
He says, “I don’t own a computer and I don’t have an email address. Life is good without a computer for me. If you can’t get eye-to-eye with me, then I need to hear your voice.”
In a world where music files are sent digitally and we keep in touch with people from around the world via chat, email and social networking sites, could it be possible Common really doesn’t own a computer?

Maybe we need to go back to speaking to each other face to face. Thats cool that he appreciates simplicity. I believe he is a very good artist and sells well (shaq), he is original and not trying to be a follower like the rest of these artists.
He’s one of the few original hip hop artists in the mainstream right now… Regardless of whether or not he has a computer i give him props. Peace..

i like his music but this is bull
