The list rates rappers who are successful and in-demand right now, as opposed to of all time.
And the rankings are:

ok… wtf!? it says this list is supposed to apply to right now, as opposed to all time. that is so not true, hardly any of those ppl are in in popular right now… take off lil wayne, jim jones, andre 3000. the top two should be eminem and 2pac(yeah, he isn’t alive right now, but you can’t argue that even today he is still WAY more succesful and in-demand than those other fakers). put in nas, ludacris, and as much as i absolutely detest his music, soulja boy should be on the list too… that crappy song of his is a downright insult to the genre, but you can’t argue with it’s popularity.
