DrJays.com’s Boss Lady recently caught up with actress/singer Keke Palmer here in our New York City offices.
Only turning 14 this month, the young starlet has appeared in popular films like Madea’s Family Reunion and Akeelah & The Bee (the latter for which she won the 2007 NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Actress in a Motion Picture).
Shortly after filming Akeelah & The Bee, Keke signed with Atlantic Records.
Her debut album, So Uncool, is set for release on September 17. Her official website is www.kekepalmer.com.
