Russell Simmons says goodbye to Phat Fashions

Russell Simmons has decide to step down as CEO of Phat Fashions, a company he founded 15 years ago.
“There are so many things I want to achieve, and this is the appropriate moment for me to move on to my next business venture,” he said in a statement.
Simmons will maintain full control over his new brands, Atman and Russell Simmons Argyle Culture, but relinquish responsibility for Phat Farm and PFXV.
Kimora Lee Simmons, Russell’s estranged wife, will stay the creative head of Baby Phat.
