Right now in Las Vegas it’s all about style, style and more style.

The bi-annual MAGIC Convention is on and celebrities are out in force, peddling their current and new fashion lines.

The show started yesterday, and here are some inside pics courtesy of popular gossip blog YBF:

  • My name is HUMAN.

I’m a Designer in the Fashion Industry.

I’ve designed for urban clothing lines, such as Ecko, G-unit, Fubu, CrownHolders, and a few others, for the past 8 years, since college.

I created a website and DVD to help people start their own clothing line and make money.

So, come by the website, and feel free to contact me and ask any questions you have.

Hey HUMAN! My question is more so about selling designer (urban)gear than starting my own line. I have a small boutique shop and I’m just wondering if I need to purchase from a trade show or the company directly in order to sell their products (like baby phat, enyce, sean john, etc). All sorts of businesses are getting in trouble and I want to do things legitimately. Just thought you might have some insight about this since you work so closely with these companies. Thanks!

Either which way is suitable, but going to a tradeshow will cost you. entry fees, hotel fees, travel expenses, etc. BUT…. you have alot of lines to choose from, and although the Magic show isnt what it used to be, the more people that buy from show the better the it is for struggling brands. So if I were you do both, but its good to help newer brands get established.
Support local independent designers and smaller brands.
