New artists added to Fashion Rocks line-up
The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul, Mary J. Blige and pop stars Maroon 5 have joined the roster of big name artists appearing on this year’s “Fashion Rocks” concert special, airing on CBS September 7 in the US.
Fashion Rocks celebrates the ever-growing relationship between music and fashion.
Entourage star Jeremy Piven will host the show from New York’s Radio City Music Hall.
Blige will team up with Usher for a duet on the show. Also teaming up for duets are Fergie with Ludacris, and Alicia Keys with Carlos Santana.
Jessica Alba, Max Azria, Tyra Banks, Sean “Diddy” Combs, 50 Cent, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, Kimora Lee Simmons, and LeAnn Rimes have been added as presenters.
Previously announced performers include Jennifer Hudson, Jennifer Lopez, and Martina McBride.

This is a pretty good lineup for an event that I have not heard too much about. Seems like there is a concert/awards show once a week these days. In fact, I’m planning my own concert in my backyards…it’s gonna have the reunion of NWA, Cypress Hill and The Rock Steady Crew…old school style. Ok not really.
