Here’s Kelly Rowland’s new video for her latest single “Ghetto”, featuring Snoop Dogg.
Throughout the video, Kelly rocks a style we’re assuming is meant to be “ghetto”, including long acrylic nails, bright blue eyeshadow and lots of gold jewelry.
How much do you think Kelly knows about really being from the ghetto, considering she grew up with the Knowles family in a middle-class neighborhood in Houston, Texas?
She says she wants her man to be “ghetto” – what do you think that means exactly?

She needs first to live in a ghetto instead of living behind beyonce . Come on she knows nothing about it b\c she never lived in that of atmosphere. Its like alot of people fronting like they are thugs but live in a suburb. I think the song is okay but she isn’t talking about being ghetto herself, she says she wants a ghetto dude. So I don’t see her as being a poser. There are plenty of middle class girls running after hood dudes so, whatever.

Okay the song is nice I just watched her perform it live on youtube and she did a good job but ….
