The brainchild of style guru Christian Audigier, Ed Hardy clothing is based on the acclaimed designs of Los Angeles tattoo artist, Don Ed Hardy.

Well, the shirts are as thin as air. I feel they are truley overpriced. the pants are ok. They are designer jeans so you should expect the price. As far as “white boy” jeans…in a way-I understand the 1st comment-but I wear the jeans when I feel like doing the WHITE BOY look I wear them. But the shirts aren’t ****!

I checked some of Ed’s stuff before DrJays got it. Tried to get into it because not too many others were rocking the look. Bottom line, his tat art style has been transferred to apparel. Just like I wouldn’t get a tat of his because of the style, his clothes and shoes don’t appeal to me. Just a little too much skulls and crap like that which are currently popular (mostly amongst caucasians and skater types). Now, that is not too say that the man is not talented. His tats are very artistic, it’s just that that artistic ability does not transfer well onto apparel. AND, just because his art is on clothing does not justify the price. They are highly overpriced. Heck, he didn’t apply the images on the material by hand like he does on skin. I won’t be buying it. Skulls and crossbones, c’mon.
ed hardy does have nice styles but i think it´s overpriced for the hip hop scene and also does have to small cuts for hip hop guys.
