UMO, a Japanese beauty company, has introduced the gold facial as a new way of skin treatment by using a sheet of pure gold.
The company claims that gold lifts and firms skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
They also say it lightens and brightens skin, a feature that in certain Asian cultures would be considered desirable.
The treatment costs 30,000 yen ($250).

yea ummm asians are on some next level shit when it comes to spa treatments…. i once read they have spa where lil fish eat at you… gets rid of a layer of dead skin and what not…..
