  • Hotdogmonster67 says:

this might look ok, but the whole “matching shoes and shirt” look has already been done by Jordan, and they do it better. Coogi should make other things, shoes arent their thing

  • “im proud of coogi 4 comin back so raw…at least it aint fall off as bad as fubu or nuthin…hahaha”

    IN RESPONSE:
Coogi and Fubu are done by the same company. Alliance Worldwide.
So, when you’re wearing Coogi, you’re really wearing the 2008 Fubu.
Most people outside of the industry don’t know that.

    ;-) jokes on you.

  • James says:

I love how Coogi says “authentic australian” but on the tag it says made in china

  • Jon P says:

coogi always looked cheap to me, even thought its expensive. The hoodie and shirt look fruity, the sneaks are alright id wear em. Coogi was never really hot to me now that I think about it those sweaters were always ugly, nggas that used to wear em looked like they got them from the thrift store or their momma made it.

  • [KiM] says:

not feelin it. any of it.

  • Russ says:

Dag! Its kinda foul that we can’t support or own kind! Rocawear, Sean John, & Phat Farm are truly owned by white people who don’t get what is called urban, making clothes for us to wear & could care less about us! Although, you can’t support FUBU & its subsidaries (companies): Coogi, Drunkn Munky, Crown Holder, Kappa, Heatherette, or anything else they have & they are owned by 5 Black men who grew up just like us & didn’t use no celebrity to get it jumping but hard work? THAT’S CRAZY!!! Everyone needs to do their homework!!!

  • gunot says:

hahaha.. coogi is a ripped off
shame on them wanna be designers

  • gunot says:

i love kicks and i collect them.. but you gottta pay my closet a rent just to be in it..

  • homlee says:

WOW , this site is very flesh , i love it so much ,thank you bro

  • TS says:

…..not a fan… it look like those cheap shirts I seen ppl wear with the shoes on’em….

  • Lupe Fiasco says:

    2 plain for me

  • EH YO B****!! says:

the shoes are alright, the jackets kinda gayISH, and the shirt look pretty good, some coogi stuff is hot, and some other coogi is just WACK

  • YoungBrooklyn says:

@Russ….nah it aint the fact that i dont support my own or fubu, but my thing is if ima pay $300-$500 on a coogi sweater, then i want it to be an authentic coogi from coogi australia, ima feel like i just bought a expensive ass fubu sweater, chill famz…and thats F*cked up cuz i was about to copp some sh*t…smh

  • Anthony says:

    ugly an expensive,

  • Russ says:

@youngbrooklyn, my response wasn’t personal, just truth & they are 2 separate entities! Just like Liz Claiborne owns Enyce! If you buy an Enyce item, are you wearing Liz Claiborne? No! Coogi is Coogi, FUBU is FUBU! & the sweater is classic & authentic but made where it’s made because of the Australia factory closing! Thanks for buying though!

  • Ashikishay says:

Some Coogi stuff is cute and some ain’t but i think it’s too expensive and generic looking some of the stuff anyway!!! Some of it looks like my grandparents just sat down and started knitting away!

  • FelixtheKitten...PURRR! says:

I must say that Coogi Wear is the only design that I can spot from a mile away and be able to tell that it’s Coogi Wear! With that said, their shows some kind of uniqueness within the design! I like some Coogi Wear clothing but I just think that it’s far too expensive!

Question for Russ: How do you expect to support “OUR OWN KIND”, when we can’t even pay our own rent, lead along try to buy something to wear for one day that ranges from $300-$500 dollars…That is part rent money!

This clothing line might as well be owned by white people! Most minorities can’t afford it! I know I can’t! No disrespect but it’s true! I’d rather stick to the boosters that I deal with, maybe they can find COOGI WEAR and sell it to me for $100 bucks!

  • Russ says:

@ Felix! Coogi has another division called Coogi Australia that is Saks 5th Ave, Nordstrom, & etc level! Coogi is a luxury brand & always have way beyond being purchased in 2002! Plus, Coogi has been in the fashion business for about 40 years! & to answer your question, to each its own! If someone wants to spend their hard earn money on something they want, they can, that’s their decision! If someone buys Coogi topping those figures which is an entire outfit versus paying their rent then that’s an unwise decision on their part! If they want Coogi at a lower prices they should check other ways of getting it like Marshalls or Coogi’s new eBay store coming soon!

    Peace

  • FelixtheKitten...PURRR! says:

Oh! I get it, this design is targeted and to be purchased by “upper class” minorities! My bad!

  • Russ says:

@ Felix! Naw! What is sold on here, they call it “Street Luxury” & it’s for everybody not just minorities! Although, Coogi Australia is really targeted to the middle class to upper class & beyond!

  • Sgirl says:

The middle class does not generally purchase 300$ sneakers… They’re nice but I can find something for a better price elsewhere.

  • Resses says:

they sneakers are dope but they shirt with the sneakers on it??? it looks kinda young,i wouldnt want my guy walkin around with that shirt on or the jeans to match for that matter but i do love the kicks!

  • Silencer says:

I was wondering why everybody is acting like its breaking news that Coogi was bought by the makers of Fubu. But yet everybody is cool wit Ed Hardy being licensed to the maker of Von Dutch — which is also outdated cuz nobody wears Von Dutch anymore. Honest question.

  • Dave says:

The **** does look young . . . . It also looks like something you can find at Forman Mills. I wouldn’t wear it.

I like the white low top shoes better than the high tops. And the matching shirt and stuff just makes it look younger which im not feelin to much
