Sean John take women’s line in-house
Sean John‘s women’s line is heading in a new direction, with the production and distribution now being handled in-house.
These duties were formerly the responsibility of G-III Apparel Group, who have terminated their license agreement.
According to Women’s Wear Daily, G-III will continue to produce women’s and men’s outerwear under the Sean John label.
“I would like to thank G-III and their incredible team for all of their work thus far in helping Sean John establish a presence in the women’s junior sportswear market and for the continuing excellence of their outerwear effort,” Diddy said in a statement.
“At this time, I have decided on another course for its [the women's line] future. I look forward to announcing our plans for this collection soon.”
