Rev Run, formerly of Run-DMC, gets ready to tour again

When you’re a genuine rap legend, it can’t be easy making a comeback in today’s hip-hop world.

That’s not deterring Rev Run, member of pioneering group Run-DMC and better known these days as head of MTV’s hit show Run’s House, from kickstarting his career again.

Run is about hit the road for a series of tour dates with friend and fellow rap/rock star Kid Rock.

In addition to delivering what will indeed be one of the hypest live shows this season, the tour is an opportunity for Rev to promote his exciting new Icon sneaker.

The Icon shoe will be available on DrJays.com soon.

The Icon shoe is the latest release from the Run Athletics brand, joining the phenomenally successful Pastry line (created by Run’s daughters Vanessa and Angela Simmons).
