Boss Lady dropped by the offices of COOGI Juniors recently for a chat with the company’s CEO, Vincent Nesi.
The conversation revolves around the tremendous response to the COOGI Juniors brand only one year since its launch and its enviable position in the women’s market. The brand’s head designer, Frank Gomez, talks about the excitement of the growing number of females he sees rocking his COOGI designs.

Coogi will be around for a long time, love this brand
I Was checking out the Coogi website and there are a few items that I’m interested in, (The jackets and button down long sleeve shirts) but are not available any more. I was just wondering are you guys going to restock those items? And if so, When?
I’m hoping a Coogi representative, will answer this for me.

Why does coogi’s website seem so horrible? You cannot even call to place an order thru them.
Coogi’s a cool brand no doubt. The longevity it has had is pretty amazing.
I like the image change they are going through for the American markets too on site.

The items you are talking about is Coogi Australia and they will be back up via Internet but on their own separate site! Be sure that you mention that you would like to purchase Coogi Australia items and be specific about your items! L Ruthledge, we just not too long added Plus Size and doing our best pulling everything together! The Women portion has only been active for a year now and Coogi as a whole, we didn’t expect all of the greatness that has approached us so suddenly like this! Believe me, we are working hard at attempting to satisfy all of our customers with the brand and bring it to you all on a global scale with such quality! Thanks for the input! Will get right on it!
I would like to see a wider selection for the ladies. I simply LOVE Coogi and have for a long time, but I do feel that we women should have more choices. It seems like new items are not being released as often as the Men’s are and that is very disappointing.
Well Summer, that is something that I just brought up for discussion! Just be patient and all will work out! We including myself are doing our best! We are getting the communication lines more open and I am not trying to rush things but I even mentioned how we need to catch up! I’m faster than the other staff because I’m up on things! Just have faith and be patient, we got you!

im not a designer so i dont really know what to tell you Russ except for you guys to try to give the ladies more to choose from like you do the men but im really liking the new summer stuff thats coming out for the ladies and i watched thea video and i seen a lot of good stuff thats coming out later this year for us too. you know im only 17 and trying to get a job so i can get as much coogi as i want without out having to ask my parents for the $ lol

i just thought of another suggestion for the ladies: i think that the ladies jeans/shorts should have more designs on the back pockets like the men instead of just putting COOGI on the back of our jeans and calling it a day…

Are you ladies serious about a prom dress! Hmm…that may can be arranged! You know that it’s gonna cost and it will be one of a kind?! You will have to work with one of the designers and tell them how you want things like the Authentic (sweater) print or what have you!

Dyshaun I know man! I’ve been fighting about having sales on the home site! There could be a 4th of July special until next Monday or something! yea i agree wit dyshaun…they have coogi onsale on other sites but not on shopcoogi(da official coogi site)…no matter how long ago it came out they never have anything on sale. and yea it would be cool to have a coogi prom dress for prom 2009 when i graduate

i love coogie & think it is a very good brand but the prices are a bit high for the less fortunate who would like to wear it also.
a coogi prom dress line would sell like crazy in the 2008-2009 school year. many students grade 8th-12th pick coogi as one of there fav. fashion lines. me being a plus size woman a range of dresses would be pleasing. like the coogi sweater dresses i only can find in junior sizes even on the official website. coogi is super hot right now and its something that hasn’t been done… hope i got you to think about something.

Hi Im such a fanatic of COOGI! I have over 6 outfits from within 8 months. But my suggestion is that u make more patterns with the sweat prints on the jeans to match more of the authentic hoodies. And I would also like to know why doesnt the prices go on sale on the official website. I find it ridiculous to still have to pay over $100 for and item that came out a yr before that….
I just seen something on the sale issue so never mind but I agree with the prom dress idea because i also graduate this year c/o 2009 but disagree on the price drop. Im from the SC & NC area and everyone down here always try to where name brands evn in low income areas so whenever you go out theres someone dressed like you but with coogi, not everyone can get it so you dont have to worry so much about it, but it is a reccession so i do understand what she’s saying lol.
