Def Jam artist Karina with the Boss Lady

Karina is Def Jam’s latest superstar discovery; a 16 year old the industry is calling the “new Alicia Keys”.

Lofty expectations aside, the beautiful Dominican-American singer is currently promoting her debut single, “16 At War”, which is all about the very real trials and tribulations of being a teenager in today’s world.

Her album First Love is set to drop this summer.

Her song is what we need today because she is keeping it real and alot of our brothers and sisters is out of place we need positive songs and gudience.Keep up the blessed voice God gave you.

  • Alicia Keys is a totally different person……..

Karina is a great talent in her own and is Karina

to be an Alicia you have to do a lot more than be fresh on the scene with a hot voice… real talk

that comes with some image consuling… some life-touched lyrics…. some vocal and instrumental skills….. and the swagger of a woman………….

she’s 16… dont’ even need to be all that

needs to be young and trendy

Her song 16 at war is soo real…I can relate even though im not 16 no more but I know how hard it was for me at that age and i hope it helps out young girls who are going though these hard times and know that you are not the only going through this…I hope she makes more songs like this.
