Boss Lady interviews new So So Def artist 9th Ward

On the eve of the release of his debut album, I Ain’t Looking Back, New Orleans rapper 9th Ward talks to the Boss Lady about the whirlwind of barely surviving Hurricane Katrina in 2005, moving from his ravaged hometown to Atlanta, living in a hotel room for one year, fatefully meeting Jermaine Dupri and signing to Island/So So Def, and what fans can expect from I Ain’t Looking Back, which drops on September 30.

Check out their interview and let us know what you think!
