Mary J. Blige is developing her own fragrance, available through beauty and skincare brand Carol’s Daughter.
“The name of the fragrance just came to me, but I can’t tell you”, Mary told Women’s Wear Daily jokingly at a party held after her recent concert in New York. “I’ve always wanted to do a fragrance because I love when mem and women smell good.”
Carol’s Daughter’s founder Lisa Price (and co-owner, along with Blige, Jay-Z and Will and Jada Pinkett Smith) announced the perfume will be available at the end of next year.
Blige joins Halle Berry, who revealed plans for her first fragrance, Halle by Halle Berry, last week.
Is she trying to look like a man? Just sayin’.
A man?! hell No MJB is fine and she killing it in that outfit she dresses better than 90% R&B Females out rite now
She dont look like a man..But the pants are a little much

i been had this idea about mary makin her own fragrance and i would have called it MARYLUV of course and i had a design for the bottle
i have alot of idea but i always sit on my ass amd wait till the last min…i had this idea about her fragrance 6months ago and the design of the bottle
This is CRAZY! I pitched to a prominent company in Fragrance whom I am employed by back in May 2007. They kept playing hot potato with the pitch – it was laid out the name the marketing and Communication Platforms.. they sat and sat signed this one and that one ( which most did mediocre in sales..) and now look Carol’s Daughter stepped up and is gonna make a killing! The shyt pisses me off — these companies are so jaded and disconnected. Looks like I need to apply to Carol’s Daughter to help spear head this project!!!! ASAP!
PS – Mary does not look like a man in this photo – she is ripped though!
