It has been reported that U.S. military interrogators use music from artists like Tupac, Eminem and Metallica to torture prisoners!
This odd practice goes on in places like Iraq, Afghanistan and Guantanamo Bay.
According to Globalgrind.com, top songs used include Eminem’s “The Real Slim Shady”, Tupac’s “All Eyez on Me”, and even Queen’s “We are the Champions”!
Many artists have joined the “Zero db” (zero decibels = silence) – a movement to fight this method of torture that was started by a charity representing prisoners in Guantanamo Bay.

WHAT THE WHEN I WAS IN IRAQ I DARN SURE AIN’T SEE NOBODY GET INTERROGATED WITH NO MUSIC, SPECIALLY NOT NO TUPAC OR EMINEM ALBUM SHOOOT THEY CRAZY THOSE SOME SOLID ALBUMS. NOW IF U WERE TO SAY A KEVIN FEDERLINE CD OR A MIKE JONES ALBUM THEN I WOULD AGREE CAUSE THAT IS TORTURE

Thank god I’m out the military. Everything is going **** now. You can torture people with anything. Torture exists for a reason. If my music was helping out my country I’d be happy.
But I also agree with rio though, allthough they should use some ish like barney, dora the explora or care bears.

I’m in the military and I’ve been to these Mideastern countries. They love Tupac over there!! The only way I can see music being used as torture is if it’s being played over & over at an unbearable volume! If the govn’t is actually using Em/Pac music its because someone in the leadership is hating on Hip Hop music… It’s kind of funny but I can see the prisoners yelling “please don’t play that” when to other prisoners they’re like, “that’s my joint” behind their backs, lol!

Torture??? They could torture me with the Tupac and Em, but We are the Champions?…That could stay off the playlist.
I read bout this in a newspaper. I love hip hop music but if it was at a very loud volume i wouldnt really like it! lol
