Parish spring/summer 2009

PARISH-NATION held a fabulous event last night in NYC.

It took place in a crisp white loft space, featured a live photo shoot for the spring/summer 2009 line, and delicious hor d’oeuvres enjoyed by magazine editors, retailers, and others in the fashion industry.

DJ Berrie and master pianist Eric Lewis provided the music, and Alexandra Guarnaschelli of The Food Network and Executive Chef at Butter NYC provided the haute-cuisine.

Tony Shellman and Chaka Wilson are the creative geniuses behind PARISH’s “unique blend of retro style and chic artistic designs, encapsulating a post-modern streetwear lifestyle, transcending age, race, and culture”.

The brand has experienced tremendous success since its launch in 2006 thanks to these two individuals, and co-founders Evan Davis, Pericles Papayannis and Ashod Spendjian.
