Coast Guard losing hope for missing NFL players

Marquis Cooper and Corey Smith
NFL players Corey Smith, Marquis Cooper and former University of South Florida football player William Bleakley have been lost at sea since Saturday morning.
The three were among four men who went on a fishing trip together in Florida waters, where their boat capsized due to rough seas.
Cooper’s father stated today that the Coast Guard told him “officials were losing hope because of the time that has passed and the possibility them men would be suffering from hypothermia”.
The fourth man, Nick Schuyler, was rescued yesterday after he was found clinging onto the boat’s hull. He went from being in serious to fair condition.
Our thoughts go out to the young men and their families – we hope for their safe return!
