Chris Brown is reportedly being charged with two felonies: felony assault likely to cause great bodily injury and making criminal threats.
He is scheduled to appear in court today at 3:30pm in L.A.
TMZ.com reported these disturbing details after getting notes on the incident from the LAPD:
“The notes reveal that Rihanna read a three-page text on Chris’ phone from another woman, which started the fight. Chris allegedly tried to push Rihanna to get out of the car but her seat belt held her in place, and he reportedly shoved her against the window. The notes then say she faced him and he punched her, and continued to do so while driving.
According to the notes, as blood spattered Rihanna’s clothing and filled her mouth, Chris then said, ‘I’m going to beat the **** out of you when we get home. You wait and see.’
As she called her assistant and left a message saying, ‘I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there,’ Chris replied, ‘You just did the stupidest thing ever. I’m going to kill you.’
According to the report, Chris kept punching and biting Rihanna as well as putting her in a headlock”.
Brown supposedly choked her as well, almost causing her to lose consciousness.
Rihanna‘s wounds were allegedly much worse than pictured in the image that leaked after the attack. Supposedly the swelling and bruising increased days later.
The maximum sentence for these felonies is 4 years and 8 months. Do you think he will do any jail time?

So everyone needs to to stop speculating and keep all negative comments to themselves. If you have nothing positive to say to either party than don’t say anything at all. It only makes matters worst. My boyfriend beat me while he was driving and still stayed on the road.
