According to legend, St. Patrick used the shamrock (three leaf clover) to explain the Holy Trinity to pre-Christian Irish

Tomorrow is St. Patrick’s Day, the national holiday of Ireland and a general reason for everyone to drink and be merry!

“Paddy’s Day” (as it’s affectionately known) is an annual Catholic feast day celebrating St. Patrick, one of Ireland’s patron saints.

Colorful parades are held around the world, with festive attendees wearing lots of green and drinking Irish drinks including stout, Irish Whiskey and Irish Cream.
