Everything from nail polish to windbreakers can be found in electric yellow, pink, blue and more vibrant colors.
The best way to wear these colors (without blinding people) is to add splashes of it to your outfit.
It looks especially hot when you mix them in with grey and black, like Kanye West and Rihanna did below:

I like the neon on females but not so much on males.. kinda feminine to me.neon is good for the summer though!
