The colors are beautiful but in my country Trinidad & Tobago it would be considered as Carnival colors because of its brightness.Most likely it would be used during our Carnival period. Also, some may use it for partying/liming.Liming is considered as a slang. From my perspective when a selective “Pastry” is worn it should be worn on a suitable occasion.
