June Ambrose

She’s the most fabulous stylist in hip-hop and now June Ambrose has added a sexy workout tape to her resume.

The energetic fashion guru – whose work with icons such as Jay-Z, Diddy and Mary J. Blige has kept her in demand for over 10 years in the music industry – has just uploaded her “Stiletto Workout” to YouTube.

Set to Beyoncé’s B’Day album (who hasn’t moved their body to that album?) the workout is a simple yet rigorous routine featuring June rocking a sky-high pair of heels the entire time (and looking amazing throughout).

The author of Effortless Style, June Ambrose is currently working with Rocawear on their tenth anniversary collection.

She also gives daily style advice at www.twitter.com/juneambrose.

If you’re a woman on the move, try the Stiletto Workout and let us know if it works for you!

I think as a person who likes to workout. You should stay away from things like a stiletto workout.

Ok it looks cute (looks stupid to me but I can see how a girl would think it’s cute) but it limits you on what you can do and isn’t exactly safe. And your at the gym to workout. Yeah i’m the dude going through the gym like a tornado.

I got this excerpt from an article:

“Specialist in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, Dr Madhavi Gunasheela, who had many patients with foot problems due to high heels says, “Stilettos can cause changes in the normal biomechanics of the gait pattern.

A person who wears stilettos is pushed forward; to compensate she will lean backwards which will cause excessive arching of the spine.

This leads to back aches, shortening of calf muscles
, leg pain, even varicose veins. A normal workout could lead to injuries; how much more the stiletto workout?” “
