Redman talks real hip-hop, weed, women and more
Boss Lady recently caught up with Redman in New York’s Quad Studios before the listening session for his new album Blackout 2 with partner in crime Method Man.
One of hip-hop’s most loved characters, Red chops it up about the new album being 10 years in the making, Jadakiss‘ inspirational recent success, making music for “the smokers”, an update on his solo album, the countries where his favorite females reside and more.
Blackout 2 (released May 19 on Def Jam Recordings) features current singles “Ayo” and “Mrs. International” and production from hip-hop stalwarts like Rockwilder, DJ Premier and Pete Rock.
