DrJays.com buyer, Ericka Mitton, made a new friend at the show

Your girl Kiki joined the DrJays.com and DJPremium.com buyers in attending the Intermezzo trade show yesterday.

The huge show, which sprawled across the Piers of the Hudson in NYC, featured exciting new collections from brands like Members Only, BLANK, Diesel, LaRok, and more.

Notable trends included colorful and heavily distressed denim. The “rock star” look seems to be blowing up even more with stud details, leather pants and motorcycle jackets (think: Rihanna).

Leggings were still very present, but in fresh new styles – ripped up, mesh fabrics with unique prints, etc. There seemed to be a blurry line between some pants and leggings, as the skinny fit is obviously not going anywhere.

Members Only just introduced their capsule collection with provocative British painter, Jane Gang.

Gang is known to draw inspiration by sitting in strip clubs with her sketchpad, and painting her watercolor works of art based on the scenery. She is pulling in $10,000+ for each one of these paintings.

Members Only will be selling pieces like the one pictured below, along with hoodies, scarves and more, featuring Gang’s art.
