Meet Phoenix, AZ’s Shay Dechelle, 25, the winner of our Kani Ladies/DrJays.com model search.

Shay was flown by the amazing people at Kani Ladies to Paris to star in their Fall/Winter 2009 fashion campaign, shot by famous Dutch photographer Ruud Baan.

Check out her exclusive diary below:

Diary 1:

“My cousin and I had a lovely flight over to Paris and couldn’t wait to go sight seeing! We were a little tired and jet-lagged from the trip, but as soon as we got to the hotel we couldn’t wait to get out and about. We walked around Montmarte and had a lovely dinner with Ruud and the photo shoot crew.”

Diary 2:

“The next morning we woke up bright and early, had breakfast and I was off to hair and makeup for my shoot! I had an awesome time shooting at the Sacre-coeur, Notre Dame, and of course the Eiffel Tower.

“The scenery and the city were absolutely beautiful and we had a bit of an audience while we were shooting as well.”

Diary 3:

“After the daytime shoot, we all went back to the hotel for a break. I took a little nap, but before too long I was back at work for the night time evening wear shoot. We went down to the Arc De Triomphe, and even though it was freezing outside we got some really great shots!”

“After we were done at the Arc, we went over to the Opera to finish off the shoot. I had an absolutely phenomenal time in Paris, and I have Kani Ladies & DrJays.com to thank!”
