Ladies, I’m here to help you find the perfect denim fit!

When I attend showroom appointments for the various brands I buy for, I’m constantly asked what type of denim style is the strongest for us at DrJays.com I can’t pinpoint one exact style since everyone woman’s body type is different; that’s why we offer a variety of denims styles to choose from.

Pear Shape
Pear shape women normally have a small to medium bust with a curvier bottom half.
Cut: Boot cut jeans and straight legs look great on all body types, but these jeans are awesome on pear shape bodies.

Apple Shape:
Apple shape women are usually heavier on the top and have a narrow bottom half.
Cut: Try straight leg and boot cut. Stick to regular or high rise jeans to avoid the appearance of a belly. Pockets look great on this body type.

Boyish shape
Boyish shape women have an athletic frame, with minimal curves.
Cut: Skinny jeans makes hips look wider and add the illusion of a bigger behind. They look great with flats, heels, or boots.

Short Legs
If you have short legs, create an illusion that elongates the body. Stay away from baggy styles.
Cut: Skinny, Flare.

Curvy shape:
Cut: Boot cut, flair.
When choosing denim look for stretch to get that perfect fit on your sexy curves.
