Ron Artest’s bizarre Michael Jackson “tribute”

Ron, you’re no Jay-Z, that’s for sure.
By now we all know that NBA enforcer Ron Artest is slightly unhinged. And it looks like the death of Michael Jackson has set him off again, as he’s just recorded one of the most bizarre tribute tracks you’ll ever hear.
There’s endless quoteables, but the best line is probably: “MJ you’re in my prayers, I know you’re in heaven, I hope to see you next year” – so Ron is either saying MJ is rising from the dead, or he’s predicting his own death in 2010. The hook is um, well, calling it “interesting” would be an understatement.
At least we can be thankful the organizers of the Michael Jackson memorial only invited Magic Johnson and Kobe Bryant to speak and wisely decided to let the newest Los Angeles Laker stay on the bench for this one. Take a listen to Ron-Ron’s ramblings to MJ below…
Oh, we almost forgot – Ron’s tribute to the King of Pop will continue all season long with the Lakers, as he’s wearing #37 as a nod to “Thriller” spending 37 weeks at number one. While the execution might be lacking, at least Ron’s heart is in the right place.

Wait, I can explain it… see when he joined the lakers, snoop dogg welcomed him. What he welcomed him with might have been a lil too strong.
ron artest is retarded. who says that?
He just needs to stick to basketball. He has too much time on his hands.
-I agree with his ideas & views of Michael’s death but he shouldve left it for someone else to say.
