My abs are bigger and better Im 6’0 and 220 and my abs are poking out!!! Thanks to the chicken and tuna diet and 14 egg white Im IRONMAN IN THE FLESH lol

Curse you lux lol. I’m 6ft 215, what ab definition I had, has gone to shit. I’m nursing an injury, the only thing i’ve really been able to do are pullups. I watch what I eat most the time. I should be better and back tearing shit up in the gym friday or monday.
Is teyana 18 yet? If not I’m about to brake a law in this piece. I think you know who my vote is for lol.
Lux and Rick, I’m 6’0 and heavier than both of you, so I won’t disclose the weight. But, I’m workin’ on the abs and entire body this summer – can you say Power 90? I don’t have a vote, they’re all a little skinny. Especially the guys, those six packs look like displaced rib cages.
