Thanks to the prolific Twittering of NBA players Kevin Durant, Mo Williams, Rashard Lewis and Andre Iguodala, we’ve been able to get a behind the scenes look at the latest Nike Hyperize commercial – and it looks like it’s going to be a classic.

The costumes and wigs make it look like a combination of “The Warriors”, “Do The Right Thing”, “White Men Can’t Jump” and “Boyz n the Hood” (is it too late to get a Wesley Snipes, Cuba Gooding Jr or Morris “RICKYYYYYYYYY!!!” Chestnut cameo?), and as an added bonus the commercial also features West Coast O.G. DJ Quik!

One particularly interesting aspect about the ad is it seems like Quik is cooking up some original beats for Nike – and apparently the NBA stars will be lacing the track(s) with 16 bars (that unintentional rhyme was way better than anything Kobe Bryant has ever written).

“@MoGotti2 just spit a nice 16! @KevinDurant35 up next…” – Andre Iguodala’s twitter

Just one question guys – where’s Mars Blackmon?
