Each winner will receive either one cute boy-short underwear OR tee pictured below, and the self-titled debut from Jeremih featuring the hit single, “Birthday Sex”.
Both pieces of clothing are made by high quality American Apparel.

This year for my birthday i want an Escalade hybrid black on black.

If I could have had anything for my birthday this year, it would have been a better relationship.
I just got out of a relationship that wasn’t good for either of us, so I would have wished for a better relationship so that we both could be happy.

I would choose to have an all-expense paid surgical procedure. Awhile back, I broke my leg in three places and the bones grow slower now, causing it to be shorter than my right leg. I would have some kind of surgery to even my legs out. That would be a blessing.
