There seems to be many female celebrities jumping on the shaved head wagon lately.
Cassie shaved half of her head, with LaLa Vasquez following closely after.
Now Solange Knowles has traded in her long black locks for this look:
She claims that she is not a follower though, and that she has shaved her head in the past.

Although certain females may be able to pull it off (like Amber Rose), do you think it works on Solange?

Don’t love it but I like her shaved hair and I think her outfit looks just fine here.Really like she’s said her hair has always been very short.I remember back in the day she wore braids all the time and she would then dye it blonde to look like a mini Beyonce.
Solange is very eccentric with her style and just really don’t give a damn.

what the hell is this girl thinking, this hair style only show how ugly she is, right. she looks jack up. man those clothes she is wearing need to go into the bin, i am not a celeb, and you will never see me looking like that on the street. i think this girl is seeking some attention. she probebly want to be the next brittney, she need to shave it deeper.
Sorry GOS but thats a no. You can see her edges have been thinned out due to the stress of fake hair. But hey, maybe she is trying to start over. Sometimes when your hair is too worn from regular wear and tear, constantly dying it, or when sistas relax their hair and want to go natural they shave their heads and start over. I can’t knock her for that.
And I know from personal experience, being biracail does not mean you get long flowing hair. Sometimes you pick up the genes for more corse, difficult to manage hair. I feel blessed however that in this day and age you can do anything you want with your hair due to the advancements in hair care and products (assuming you have the money). Plus most of the time, men are none the wiser;)
Yeah there’s a whole bunch of races that don’t have real hair. But I feel what veronica is saying. I’m mixed and my hair is friggin random. Especially facial wise. I got a hookup from a home girl at a salon shop thank god lol. I stay paul mitchell’d and american crew’d up lol.

Well said Candice and Trisa. She looks fantastic. Beauty is not defined by the length of one’s hair. As for the clothes she’s wearing, they look comfortable and easy and we all need that sometimes, even celebrities. Stop being negative, people, and try to recognise raw natural beauty when you see it. Y’all been poisoned by fake looks, that’s what your problem is.

gosh is she sooooo trying to be a “normal” non sister of the most famous person pretty much on earth and richest family too. like really she does look poor lol. but stop i didnt know it was shaved at first im like okay her hair is up but than i look closely and im not sure and than i see the other pic and im like damn what happened. I so appreciate her being so freaken opposite of beyonce who always and will never show her real hair and always wears these blonde weaves which is annoying as hell so i have mad respect for solange but to shave it all off is not a message cuz its saying black women cant have hair period its either really short or a weave and not true my hair is not long long nor short short its 2 inches passed my shoulders and im black well with a lil german thrown in there (grandma) but if that is what makes her feel good than thats what makes me feel good
