Nike Aces The Court With “Delicious”

US Open Defending Champion, and holder of two other Grand Slams titles for this year, Serena Williams sported her Nike “Can’t spell Dynasty without NASTY” tee after winning her 3rd round match at the US Open in NYC on Friday.

Dynasty was quite the statement made by the the 11-time grand slam singles and 8-time doubles grand slam title holder, who over a decade strong, has etched in an illustrious tennis dynasty along with her sister Venus.

Via twitter, Serena reveals that she will wear another tee from the Delicious line. As one of the key spokes-athletes for Nike, Serena is donning the shirts and is part of the new campaign. About the new line Serena says giggling, “This is the new Nike Delicious campaign that I’m part of, because I’m delicious!

Delicious is Nike’s new athletic women line comprised of women’s training sportswear, shoes, and graphic tees.

    Don’t think Serena’s behavior (hardly “delicious”)on Saturday was exactly what Nike had in mind when had her show off T-shirst sporting the words “nasty” and “vicious.” Any setback to the campaign?
