I think I’ve made it my “look”. While loud colors are obviously very popular at this day in age (think neon colored plaid shirts and VANS) I think there’s a right and wrong way to add big splashes of color to your outfit.

For the ladies, I think it’s best accessorize in your loud colors than drench yourself in them. Remember it’s all about the presentation. The above Adidas are available here at DrJays.com and when I unwrapped them happily after they came I smiled loudly and said “look ma!” she cringed. She doesn’t get our generations attraction to colors and patterns that pop and I don’t blame her, she comes from a pretty conservative fashion outlook.

Nevertheless my fave look for these lovely kicks is black skinny jeans or leggings:

Pair it with simple black tee or a sophisticated black button up:

and what comes next you might ask? The right earrings, you can either go simple studs or you can pair them with loud hoops. I have on purple hoops that match my shoes and dark navy jeans and a dark shirt. Create your own look, it’s simple.

PS- I have a serious shoe crush on these Ciero Mids my heart breaks that there are no more left in my size. Any size 6′s out there?
