Beyonce and Kanye West have a musical kinship unlike most folks in the business. Kind of like an older sister, little brother relationship, so to speak. But when Yeezy proclaimed on that fateful night that Beyonce had the “best music video” during the VMAs, he utterly left Sasha Fierce and the rest of the crowd speechless. After the jump, she finally speaks.
Speaking to Gayle King after accepting her “Woman of the Year” award from Billboard, the not-so “Single Lady” talks about not liking to do acceptance speeches due to her shyness, how she came up with the Sasha Fierce character and, of course, Kanye West.
