Haha..One time I came into school wearing a blue striped hoodie, orange polo with a purple t-shirt under it, black jeans, blue jean shorts over them, yellow converse, and a Celtics fitted with a Space Jam pillowcase under it as a du-rag.

I felt so stupid wearing it, but I was just trying to show A)That I didn’t follow trends, and B)That I didn’t care what anyone thought..Turns out I got my point across without even saying what it was when, slowly but surely, people started showing individuality.

  • Uhh… I know I’m not a judge or anything. If I was, and this dude really rocked that outfit, I’d say HE WINS!
Wow, man. Way to stand out.

I was an 80′s baby with a great childhood, so I’m a sucker for trying to bring stuff back from that time period. It just always brings back that good feeling and nostalgia for me and my friends. A few of the things I have rocked recently include the light up BK british knights (loved em when I was younger), grant hill Fila’s, tube socks pulled all the way up with shorts, parachute pants, dookie braids (cuz I got long hair), heavy stonewash jeans, overalls, and my alltime favorite, big outrageous print patterns. I got this 1 button up I used to wear back in the 8th grade, it was too big for me then but fits now, its red and has all these train prints all over it! I mean it yo, mad trains and traintracks in green and old just all over it! I wore it to work with some levis and red J’s, the office went crazy!

The greatest fashion statement I have ever made was a fashion statement/prank. It was homecoming week at my school and during this week of school we get to dress up. Well let’s just say I decided to dress up as one of America’s most hated enemies, “Saddam Hussein”. As you probably guessed, the teachers didn’t take it so well and neither did the students. This fashion statement got me the whole day of school in detention. This was my greatest fashion statement I have ever made.
