GQ Names Cudi, Drake & Wale “Man Of The Year”

Every year GQ magazine features “Men of the Year”.
In 2008, President Barack Obama led the issue.
TheYBF.com reported that this year the magazine has mixed it up, giving three rising hip hop artists the single title: Kid Cudi, Drake and Wale.
Apparently Wale’s rep has confirmed it.
When I think of the freshest talent this year in hip hop, this makes absolute sense to me – what do you think?

In Kid Cudi news, he is set to take Kanye West‘s place on the tour with Lady Gaga soon.
Drake’s album is set to be released in early 2010.
Kid Cudi…Idk, I guess if you’re into that skinny girl jeans type of movement. Wale…. His shoe game is sick, thats about it. Drake, now thats the only one I vouch for. He is a waaaay better artist than the other two.

wiz khalifa doesn’t get as much exposure. He needs one of his songs in a game like saints row. Drake is better than Kid Cudi and Wale…really maybe when you don’t hear his songs on the radio. To me Drake just lets people punk him. I think LeBron made him put all of his(Lebrons) clips in his part of Forever in the music video. And let’s not get started on the best I ever had. The only verse i really like that he made was his part of forever and KanYe and Eminem still killed him.

I think Drake deserves it the most. He’s come a long way and it’s hard to establish a rep as sick as his when your start on Degrassi. GQ did right picking Wale, Kid Cudi, and Drake as “Man of the Year.” The real art of hip-hop is making a comeback and it’s about time somebody took notice.
