In one of his biggest achievements to date, Maino traveled to Japan recently to perform hits from his debut album, If Tomorrow Comes.

The man born Jermaine Coleman has experienced a very remarkable journey, from growing up on the rough streets of Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn to being confined to the prison cells of upstate New York for 10 years, to releasing a major label album (through Hustle Hard/Atlantic) and now performing to packed international club venues.

Check him out performing to a frenzied Japanese audience under the jump!

“All The Above”, Maino’s hit with T-Pain, was recently certified platinum in digital sales.

If you know (or if you yourself are) a person who has spent a lengthy amount of time in prison and is attempting to rejoin society on a positive tip, Maino’s story is truly an inspiring one.

Check out his interview with Boss Lady over a year ago, where he talks about his time incarcerated and making the most out of every day now:

  • Every one on internet searches for very good content. Its very unfortunate with most of the websites published posts that are boring and out of context articles, just to show that new material is being published. Contrary to that immoral practice, this article is a very good-written article.
