Yesterday Lady Gaga arrived to the 13th Annual ACE Awards presented by the Accessories Council at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City.
Looking like she lost her way off a Tim Burton film set, Gaga never fails to disappoint with her “eye-catching” ensembles.
This time her whimsical look included a purposeful “powdered” feel, undergarments on the outside and antique-inspired heels.
According to ConcreteLoop.com, the singer will be hitting up 106 & Park later on today for a taping and her video with Beyoncé is scheduled to premiere on Thursday, November 5.

I agree with Kwaping to me she seems to just try a bit too hard. But hey she is getting media attention helping people know who she is.
Yeah but eventually it’s going to be “oh it’s that crazy ass dressing woman again… next…”, followed by “what does she do again?”, followed by a stint as a contestant on a reality show getting it on with rob van winkle. Instead of being a singer. Then who’s really going to take her serious. Nice cheeks though?
i like it, it is a lil extreame, but if she’s expressing herself, why not? but i gotta say, why dose she always insist on never wearing any pants? put that booty away ma! lol

LADY GAGA IS SIMPLY JUST NASTY! HALF OF THE TIME I DONT EVEN KNOW WTF SHE HAS ON PPL NOW AND DAYS! O AND MAY I ADD I SIMPLY HATE HER MUSIC I DONT EVER UNDERSTAND THE GARBAGE SHE SINGS!!!!!
