Is Beans Signing With A New Team?
Word on the street is that Illadelphia’s finest, Beanie Sigel, is now being recruited by 50 cent to be G-Unit‘s newest member.
In a recent interview with the fellas at Power 99 FM, 50 let it be known that he has been considering making Beans a part of the G-Unit squad for a minute now.
“Beans was the better artist, the stronger artist,” Fif said. “That’s why when he did the year and a day I was like, ‘Yo, as soon as he come home, I’d bring that project over here’…Jay was telling him he didn’t want to lose him.”

We all know about Sigel’s statetments concerning Jay-z’s lack of support for the original Roc-a-fella members when they transitioned over to Def Jam. He even dropped the “Average Cat” diss record, further confirming his feelings toward Jigga. According the Jay, it seems as though he doesn’t see how somebody who was placed in such a advantageous position could have this type of outlook on the situation.
“He has a lot to complain about,” the Jigga man said with a laugh. “Not me. Well Beanie Sigel at the time, and you can look it up if you like, just to be honest, was driving two Bentleys, I don’t know how. It’s impossible to drive two cars at one time with his mama in the sticks and selling 800,000 records. I don’t know what more you can do for somebody at that point. What people choose to do when they attain that type of success, you know, at some point you have to look in the mirror and look at yourself. Beanie Sigel had a record deal, a record label, and a clothing line. And never went platinum, ever. I don’t know in the history of rap has anyone done so much with so little. I don’t know what more you can do for a person at that point.”
Obviously, based on Beans reaction to Jay’s past actions, not enough! Although talks are on hold at this point, it definitely sounds like ties have been broken and Beans is considering making the move over to Fif and the crew. Although I hate to see cracks in the dynasty, I think Sigel can definitely bring a new vibe to the G-Unit click. If only Young Buck was still around…

Man G unit is like a curse. Seriously has anyone ever heard from anybody after they joined G unit? You may see beans if fif does another reality show. Or if 50 gets another house and they need people to show rooms. He needs to find another camp to roll with.
Beans will bring that much needed edge that left wit Buck…I think it could work if done the right way. If they get wit some good producers, link up wit some otha hot artists and drop a few singles…u neva kno
