Diddy Sells I Am King On Home Shopping Network
Last night’s cable television viewing had Diddy spread across a couple different networks – just the way he likes it.
After the latest episode of his reality show I Want To Work For Diddy aired on VH1 (it was the best thus far; the footage of the wannabe interns dancing for Diddy in the studio was hilarious), he made his debut on the Home Shopping Network (HSN).
He was there to promote an exclusive gift set of his I Am King fragrance, just in time for the holidays, to the network that reaches over 90 million homes nationwide with live broadcasts.
Peep the bubbly host feign interest with lines like, “The more I’ve read about you, the more I’ve gotten to know you, the more I really embrace your philosophy behind this fragrance!” and repeat words like “decadent” and “sensual” to an initially nervous-looking Diddy.
This is in addition to the rabid excitement from housewives calling in to speak with him, which you can see under the jump!
The special touches on I Am King and Unforgivable winning prestigious Fifi Awards from The Fragrance Foundation; described by Diddy as the “Oscars of fragrance”.
Diddy also reveals that rather than releasing an I Am Queen fragrance next, he has plans to drop an “Empress” scent (“If you look up the definition of empress, it’s higher than a queen”, he says).
After the 15-minute special Diddy officially sold out of all gift packs – can’t stop, won’t stop, indeed.
