Here at DrJays Live! we are known for blasting “Trend Alerts” and giving you guys our two cents on “Street Style” – but not too often are we confused about possible trends. In the words of comedian Lil Duval, the clipping you are about to watch is a bit “basic,” and truthfully shocking. 

Hold on… let me back up. First of all, this blog is about lace fronts. A lace front looks like what you see above. Yes, you’ve guessed right! It’s Beyonce‘s hairline. Word of mouth, men are wearing them – and I’m not talking about RuPaul or Jonte. 

According to BellaSugar.com, a lace front wig is, “… a fine piece of lace mesh at the wig’s hairline. The mesh allows the wearer to pull some of her own hair through the wig, mingling real hair and artificial and creating a seamless, natural-looking hairline. Lace fronts can also be glued on, making them secure enough to withstand dancing, running, and a full range of motion.”

Check this out: There are now heterosexual men in urban communities wearing these wigs and again, I’m not referring to the obvious Michael Jackson – I’m talking about the around-the-way “tough” guys.
