Issues with ex-husband Damon Dash aside, Rachel Roy is stepping her design game up beautifully with her Pre-Fall 2010 collection.
The woman who began her career as an intern at Rocawear is now one of fashion’s most respected female designers.
This time around, her namesake line is inspired by the essence of Morocco, with plenty of military influences from leather jodhpurs to epaulet jackets.
She sprinkles in traditional Moroccan embroideries and still offers plenty of her signature power suits; all in a palette of rich spices set against neutrals.
