Undeniably beautiful, extremely talented, sweet and humble, Melanie Fiona is definitely one of our favorite new artists.
The Toronto native behind female anthems “Give It To My Right” and “It Kills Me” is on cloud nine right now, having just been awarded her first Grammy nomination (for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance).
Check Miss Fiona out as she chats with the Boss Lady about her excitement surrounding the award news, how fans across the world have embraced her debut album, The Bridge, her stance on not being “over-sexualized” in the music industry and much more.

Melanie is too official with it. I saw her first perform opening up for Ryan Leslie and she sounds terrific live. Album is great.
She is my favorite artist and she deserves the grammy.

Ricky, if you mean she sounded live terrific, than she developed. I´ve seen her tonight and she was singing perfectly. Great show, great fun, great band. Believe me, this used to be my profession, so I know, what I´m sayin´;-)
