Cincinnati Bengals Player Chris Henry Dies At 26
It was confirmed yesterday that 26-year-old Chris Henry died in North Carolina after suffering from injuries caused by falling out the bed of a pickup truck. The young athlete had been in an intense argument with his fiancee, that lead to unfortunate lethal results.
Henry played for the Cincinnati Bengals for five seasons and had a hell-of-a career. The 6’4, 200 pound player was on the injury reserve list after suffering a dislocated forearm.CNN.com reports:
“‘The incident occurred shortly before noon Wednesday when Henry’s fiancee tried to drive off during a ‘domestic situation,’ only to have Henry jump into the bed of the truck, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department said in a written statement.
‘The domestic situation continued between the operator and Mr. Henry,’ according to a police statement. Henry ‘came out of the back of the vehicle’ about six-tenths of a mile from the house, police said.”
The couple was in Charlotte, North Carolina, where Henry’s fiance’s family lives. Sources are not sure on how the argument was sparked.
Police told CNN, “Henry underwent treatment at the Carolinas Medical Center hospital in Charlotte,” after being in critical condition.

I met him once at Belle Chasse High School he went to school with my nise since she 11 year old and they went on to high school were he became a foot ball player and was a cherledder he named her chicks RIP Chris
