Pastry is now launching a new glittery collection for little girls called “Pastry Pop Stars”.

After the brand experienced success with its current girl’s collection, Pastry is putting “the accent on sparkle”, with everything from athletics to sandals for infants and girls.

“[This customer] likes to have fun. She’s a dress-up girl sneaking into mom’s closet,” said Pastry designer Louise Bramstedt. “Finally, she gets a line with glitter of her own.”

Along with the footwear collection and a TV commercial, which will air on the Nickelodeon and Disney channels, an official website is set to launch in February. It will include monthly “webisodes” featuring “Pastry Pop Stars” characters. They include Cashmere, the fashionista, and Melody, the pop rocker.

To add to this totally girlie-girl experience, the shoe boxes themselves can be used as keepsake boxes, and will come complete with gift-with-purchase items such as nail art and tattoos.

Soon to follow will be apparel, accessories and more for all Pastry Pop Stars out there!
